When you visit the website, we collect technically necessary data (IP address, browser type, date and time of visit, pages viewed). For reservations, requests (event venue, Croffle Bike) or newsletter sign-ups, we collect the data you provide (name, email, phone, event details).

3. Cookies & tracking

We use technically necessary cookies and, with your consent, cookies for analytics. You can change your choice at any time. Complete cookie list to be added before launch (consent project).

4. Third-party services

With your consent, we use the following services: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (web analytics, Google Ireland Ltd.), Centralplanner (online reservations), embedded content from Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). When accessing this content, personal data may be transferred to third countries; the providers use standard contractual clauses.

5. Hosting

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., with European data centres). Verify wording after launch setup; server logs kept for a maximum of 14 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability regarding your personal data. Contact hello@pfoertnerhaus.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
