Breakfast

Pförti Z'Morge, Croff'Monsieur, bircher muesli with fruit and cream, plus add-ons like Swiss Lachs with horseradish mousse or Grisons cured ham with parmesan mousse. Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m., all day.

Served with salad

Salty croffles

Roastastic Beef, Japan Delight, The great Greek, Parma Bandito, Fishy Fish, plus the Swiss Lachs special with Green Salmon and Salmon King, and the Vegi Love line with Ruby Ruby Ruby, Hummus Affair and Don Burrata. Freshly baked in the croffle iron, with handmade mousses.

Oven-warm

Sweet croffles

Grand Chocolat, Lotus Queen, Salty Caramel, Spiky Lemon, Berry Mary, Miss Himbi, Big Schoko, Big Maple, Sweet Blanco, and for hot days Eis Eis Baby with vanilla ice cream. Try one and you'll be back.

Seasonal

Salads, soups, quiches

From tomato-burrata salad to the Swiss sausage-and-cheese salad, plus homemade cold tomato soup in summer and quiches served with salad. Seasonal and homemade.

Plättli boards

Pförtiplättli «Chef's selection» with meat or vegetarian, Bündnerplättli with Engadin salsiz and cured ham, hummus-olive board. Apéro culture the way it should be.

Fondue & raclette

Glacier Fondue from Sennerei Pontresina, all year round: the house mix in the garden in summer, three blends at the table in winter. Glacier raclette joins in the winter season.

Barista craft

Coffee & hot drinks

Espresso, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, chai latte, plus matcha latte (also vanilla or mango) and a selection of teas.

Non-alcoholic

Lemonades, juices, iced teas

Homemade lemonades and iced tea, ginger-lemon lemonade, 100 % fruit smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice.

After work

Wine, beer, apéro & cocktails

A small, curated wine list with Swiss and European bottles, draught beer, spritz variations from Lady Di to Hugo, a dedicated Negroni list, and non-alcoholic drinks that stretch the evening.

Summer Edition

Everything tastes better in the garden

In summer, the garden opens: aperitivo after work, croffles in the sun, homemade iced tea, and glacier fondue under the open sky in the evening. The current menu is on your table; the PDF version is available above.
